Do you know how to tell if he loves you? Are you worried that your relationship might just be based on physical attraction? Are you afraid of getting your heart broken on down the road? If you are currently in a relationship and you’re concerned because you don’t really know how to tell if he loves you then continue reading this article to find 3 easy signs to look for that will expose the reality of your relationship.

1)	Who’s it about?

First, take a step back and look at your relationship. A good way how to tell if he loves you is by determining who the relationship is about. Is the relationship just about him or is about you, too? It would be nice to say that if a guy spends time with you he loves you but this just isn’t always the case. He could just be using you as a support system for his problems and issues. Think about your conversations. Does he ask about you? Do the conversations relate to you as well as to him? Does he ask you about your day and listen to your problems? Also, does he know the name of the people you work with, as well as your friends’ names? If you can name all of his co-workers and family members but he can’t even tell you where you work then there might be a problem.

2)	Does he support you?

You are probably always there for him, lending him an ear and open arms. Does he do the same for you, however? When you’re having a bad day is he there to support you? This is a very telling sign for a guy. If he’s just there for fun then he’ s not going to care about your feelings or what is going on. If he loves you, however, not only will he listen to your bad day but he will help you come up with ways to formulate revenge on the person who caused it.

3)	Will he commit?

Has he committed to you? If he still playing the field and dating other girls then he is not in love with you. If he were in love with you, he would not continue to see other people. You should communicate your desire for him to commit to you and see how he handles it. If he is open to it, then he is probably in it for keeps. If not, then you might just want to look elsewhere.

Now that you know how to tell if he loves you, you should be able to save yourself from future heartache. Just keep these three easy signs in mind when you’re around your guy and watch and see if any of them fit him.

How many of us talk about excessive armpit sweating or sweaty underarms? None, I guess! We actually hate to admit, we all have problem of heavy perspiration because it’s a visual embarrassment and a smelly issue. Excessive sweating in the armpit or Axillary hyperhidrosis is common but it is severe for only 1% population. For some people excessive axillary sweating is accompanied by palmar hyperhidrosis or excessive hand sweating.

Before we go on understanding the methods on how to stop armpit sweating without surgery it is important to understand that sweating is one of the ways in which the body regulates our body temperature and keeps our skin moisture intact. What are the causes of excessive sweating? If you are a victim of excessive sweating it is not because you have too many sweat glands but due to nerve cell activity of those glands. We sweat more when we feel hot or we are nervous. Apocrine and Eccrine glands are responsible for underarm sweating. Secretion from Apocrine glands are responsible for bad smell. In case of mild hyperhidrosis Drysol, Drionic, Botox are used to control armpit sweating.

How can you prevent excessive sweating? Here are 6 tips to excessive under arm sweat:

Avoid direct exposure to the sun

Take a shower every day and clean your underarms properly.

Try wearing cotton clothes4.

You should use good antiperspirant to reduce sweat and a deodorant to stop bad body odor.

It is recommended to use talcum powder to slow down bacterial growth.

An important thing to note is that underarm-hair hold the sweat and makes the smell worse. So it is highly recommended to shave your arm pits to reduce bacteria build up.

In case of excessive under arm sweat, physicians often recommend surgery. How to stop sweating so much without surgery?Proper diet is important to control body odor. Certain foods such as onions, fish, garlic and spicy foods like curry can trigger sweat. A good way to stop your excessive underarm armpit sweating is to use a natural cure. I found a simple & safe treatment that has dramatically cut sweating by 95% who have followed this method. Unlike the antiperspirants that try to lock up your armpits to stop the sweating to come through, this natural method fixes the root cause for underarm sweating.

One of such tip is to use lemon to prevent excessive underarm sweating. It reduces the amount of odor that comes from excessive sweating. But please note that it is a preventive measure and may not completely prevent you from sweating. It is better to use a fresh lemon rather than an already squeezed one. Gently rub this on the affected area and you will know that it was never difficult to know how to stop underarm sweat.

I am not recommending that you should not use deodorant. I am just telling you that there are cheap and simple natural remedies that you can use together with a new way of cleaning your armpits, which will stop your excessive armpit sweating problem within a short period of time.

This article contains relationship advice on how to control your temper. If there is one thing I want to say to every person in the world that is seeking relationship advice, it’s this: to make your life easier and better, learn one thing – learn how to control your temper. I know it’s very hard to control when stupid people do stupid things, but you have no choice in the matter. An angry person does things a calm person will not do. Anger is like being on drugs or being drunk. It can make you do things you will regret forever, and you may not even remember doing them.

I can’t count the number of people in prison today because they couldn’t control their temper. I have seen perfectly normal people get mad and lose it, and from that moment on their life is HELL. As a young person, once you start acting out on your anger it is worse then trying to get off heroin. So start practicing how to control it now. Anger turns you into someone ugly that nobody will be happy with. Knowing how to control your temper is a part of knowing yourself. If you have anger issues, you’d better fix it and fix it now or your life won’t be worth spit. So let’s talk about how to control it.

Let’s say you’re driving and you get cut off by some idiot. Before you yell and flip them off, you are going to make a choice not to do that. Yes, you will be making a choice. Your whole life is about choices, and you need to make the choice not to get upset. You may have made the choice in the direction of anger so many times it is almost automatic, but you need to choose otherwise. If this is you, we have a lot of work to do, but you can still make the right choice, and every time you choose not to get angry the choice the next time will be easier to make.

You may have to keep notes on your dash. You may have to write it and recite it every night: “I will not loose my temper”, over and over. Find a way to remind yourself, but you will have to make yourself choose to let it go. This is the best relationship advice you can ever receive. Keeping your temper in check will help you keep your relationship intact.

I used to have a small problem with my temper and I made myself choose not to do it. I read a phrase that helped me. One of the greatest science fiction writers of all time gave me the inspiration to make the right choice. I hope it helps you too so here goes – A fictional character named Hobart Malloy said, “Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent.” Wow, think about that! I am going to type it again just to make sure you get it, VIOLENCE IS THE LAST REFUGE OF THE INCOMPETENT. This simple phrase said by a fictional character helped me overcome my anger. I realized the truth of this phrase.

I am not incompetent. I have always considered myself a smart person, and after I read that, it was like a light bulb went off in my head. I am too smart to be called incompetent so I learned to think ahead, and make sure I didn’t get myself in a position to lose my temper. If there was something that made me upset I avoided it until there was a time that I could deal with it. I made the decision in my life to live by not loosing my temper in order to live a happier life, and it worked. Now you can either do as I did and use my saying, or use one of your own, but you need to do something and do it soon. Your relationships depend on it.

Are you a woman who has moments when you sometimes want to murder your loving husband because he agrees to do everything you ask him to do and then somehow never seems to get it done?

It’s even more frustrating when you gather your courage to talk to him once more, and he promises he’ll finish the taxes, or fix the leaky faucet, or paint the bathroom, or organize the sports equipment in the garage.

And then he has a really good reason why he can’t do it when he promised – or he just forgets – or he gets it almost done but leaves one critical piece [like calling when he'll be late].

Well, get ready to celebrate because I’m about to reveal the almost magical secret that will not only get those jobs completed but get you out of the nag role. And, relax, it doesn’t involve doing the job yourself.

By the way, this secret works with kids, committee members and service people as well as husbands.

Best of all, you can use it any time during the process of “promise to do something, forget, remind, forget, remind, make excuses, remind, etc.!”

It may seem kind of silly or unnecessary, but believe me, when you do it, it nearly always works. It does involve some record keeping and being willing to take a firm stand and not cave in.

It could be called a power play on your part, but that’s okay – it will be completely on the up and up because you’ll tell him in advance exactly what you’re going to do.

Next time you’re ready to remind him about the undone task, use this process.

1. Ask him for a firm agreement – day and time – when the job will be done.

2. Figure out who else could do the job – a handyman? A tax preparation service? The teenager next door? A plumbing service? – And how much it will cost. Resolve to take the money from a source your husband will notice but won’t be too tough on anyone – like your grocery budget – it’s okay to serve beans for a week or forego your regular night out to pay to get the task done.

3. Tell him what you plan to do if he doesn’t keep his agreement.

4. When the deadline approaches, remind him of your plan.

5. If he misses the deadline, bite the bullet and carry out your plan. Usually, you’ll only need to do this once to convince your husband that you expect him to keep his promises.

Of course, it could lead to a discussion of making more realistic agreements or creating a priority list of which things are really important or even a plan about what to keep and what to outsource.

So gather up your courage. I really want you to get this: Nagging and being frustrated is not the solution to getting him to keep his promises. Simply follow the steps I’ve given you, and you’ll be on your way to creating a new way to solve problems together.

Listen, if you’re after a cure for insomnia, or better yet, a 100% natural cure insomnia is completely defenseless against, then you have to turn your back on sleeping pills and idiotic home remedies. Such methods may help to provide some semblance of insomnia relief, but they are in no way, shape, or form a cure for serious lack of sleep problems. You know, the kind of sleep problems where the person is constantly asking “What Can I Use to Cure My Insomnia?”

The one & only natural cure insomnia is afraid of happens to be brainwave entertainment. Unlike like other lack of sleep treatments — herbal teas, herbal candles, warm baths, eating a bedtime snack, etc. — this isn’t something your body can simply ignore. Why not? Because brainwave entertainment doesn’t affect the body like all those other nonsense treatments, it affects the mind!

Why is affecting the brain important? Because the brain (also known as the mind) is more often than not the root cause of sleeplessness. Fix the brain’s problem and you fix your inability to get to sleep.

What exactly is the brain’s problem, you ask? Simple, it’s just far too overactive. Due to a plethora of possible reasons, your brain’s electrical pulses are operating at a normal, or above normal, rate as you’re trying to sleep. Contrary to what some may think, this is not a good thing — because in order to get to sleep fast, your brain needs to “slow down” and be significantly less active than it is during the day. This, my sleep deprived friend, is where brainwave entertainment comes in handy.

As soon as you put in a brainwave entertainment CD and press play, it begins working it’s magic. The sounds — a collection of gentle tones, pulses, and rhythmic beats — penetrate the mind and start guiding the brain’s electrical pulses onto a more natural beat; one that will actually aid in sleep. Once started, it’s only a matter of minutes before the brain is slowed to an acceptable pace, thereby enabling you to fall asleep quickly.

Brainwave entertainment (aka sleeptracks) is the one natural cure insomnia is 100% POWERLESS against. It’s the only remedy that can’t be countered or diminished due to stress or even anxiety. Having said all that, try this natural insomnia cure for yourself and never again be forced to ask “What Can I Use to Cure My Insomnia!”

If you want to learn more about brainwave entertainment, including how it works and where to get a quality CD, then you should try visiting http://www.SleepTracks.org, a highly popular website that specializes in treating insomnia with sound.

In “Think and Grow Rich”. Napoleon Hill wrote “nothing is impossible to the person who backs DESIRE with enduring FAITH.”. Let’s simplify that by saying “nothing is impossible to the person who establishes a definite goal and truly believes that they can attain that goal.” Once you’ve established your goal, there are two key elements necessary to accomplishing that goal, a definite date and a definite plan. I’ve learned that it’s easier to accomplish things if we break them down into small tasks. You don’t just put the whole steak in your mouth, you cut it up into small bite sized pieces. Not only does it taste better, but it’s also easier for your body to digest. You should break your goals down the same way.

Accomplishing Any Goal is just 5 Easy Steps away:

1. Establish a definite date; Set your goals in reverse. Pick a date of completion and work backward. Ex. Set a goal for the end of the month and then set short term goals for each day through the end of the month. This way you are setting short and long term goals and each day as you accomplish your short term goals you move one step closer to accomplishing your long term goal. Don’t forget to include personal development goals and days off.

2. Keep a calendar; Take the goal you set for the end of the month and write that goal in on the last day of the month. Then write down the short term goals for each day through the end of the month.

3. One at a time Don’t try to cram everything into one day. If you try to post to your blogs, post to the forums, post classified ads, participate in groups, submit articles and work on your Squidoo lenses, etc. all in one day you’ll burn yourself out. Instead, focus on one or two things every day and then cross it off. Mark an ‘X’ on the calendar on the days you complete the scheduled tasks.

4. Set a time limit Aim for one to two hours per day. By limiting the time you are spending and focusing on one or two tasks every day, you’ll build momentum and increase your success rate.

5. Stick with it Stick with your schedule. Switching things up too often can get in the way of your success. With a written plan, you’ll make accomplishing your goals easier. At the end of the month when you see more ‘X’s than empty squares, you’ll feel more accomplished.

By implementing the 5 Easy Steps to Accomplishing Any Goal, you’ll find yourself making progress, building self-confidence and reaching and accomplishing your long term goals.
